Head of Sales
As a member of the management team, based in Malta and reporting to the General Manager, the Head of Sales will oversee the sales function while ensuring that the Company continues to strengthen its relationships with partners, clients and principals alike. The Head of Sales is expected to manage and lead an energetic team, as well as to autonomously maximise sales, revenues and improve the overall performance of the team.
The role asks for a motivated individual with a proven track record, sound judgement and integrity who is able to enhance the Company’s client base and achieve the Company’s objectives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years’ experience in sales management position within the IT industry, with experience in international business development. The preferred candidate will be in possession of a qualification in business management and/or sales and marketing. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential while fluency in English and Maltese is a must.
Internal candidates will be provided support to relocate.
